There is not much out there for humans, but these planets are regularly visited by Craft for refueling. Currently, some fuel dumps have been built on Oberon, a moon of Uranus. There is a small scientific outpost on Miranda as well, to study the unique geology of the moon. Also, the rings of both worlds are currently being devoured by Craft, per the laws set for preservation of Saturn’s rings.
